You should receive a copy of the Letter of Agreement via email, or you can access via your DocuSign account when signed in. NOTE: A DocuSign account is NOT NEEDED in order to submit the form via the e-signature process.
Upon receipt of your signed Agreement, Universal will initiate your UK APD filing with the Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) office in the UK.
Once your application with HMRC is complete, Universal will proactively pre-file applicable trips with the HMRC and schedule fee payment on your behalf.
IMPORTANT: An active account with approved credit with Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., is required for UK APD service management.
Expect UK APD fees to be billed to you (by trip) via your preferred invoicing process, as specified in your Billing Account Preferences with Universal.
