- You should receive a copy of the Letter of Agreement via email, or you can access via your DocuSign account when signed in. NOTE: A DocuSign account is NOT NEEDED in order to submit the form via the e-signature process.
- Upon receipt of your signed Agreement, Universal will initiate your UK APD filing with the Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) office in the UK.
- Once your application with HMRC is complete, Universal will proactively pre-file applicable trips with the HMRC and schedule fee payment on your behalf.
- IMPORTANT: An active account with approved credit with Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., is required for UK APD service management.
- Expect UK APD fees to be billed to you (by trip) via your preferred invoicing process, as specified in your Billing Account Preferences with Universal.
