Prerequisites to start U.S. Operations:

  • CBP – U.S. Customs Bond
  • CBP – E-APIS Carrier Code
  • TSA – Master Crew List (required with first operation)

Operational must-haves:

  • CBP – APIS Transmission
  • CBP – U.S. Customs Landing Rights
  • CBP – Third-Party – US CUSTOMS BOND
  • DOT – Foreign A/C Permit – PART 375 (Authorizes flights 1-6 annually) w/ Reporting
  • DOT – Foreign A/C Special Authorization – PART 375 (Authorizes flights 7-12 annually) w/ Reporting
  • DOT – PART 49 (Authorizes Mexican Charter ops in the U.S.)
  • CBP – Permit to Proceed (for any domestic stops within U.S.)
  • FAA Routing Clearance (if required)
  • TSA Waiver (for some operators)
