Tracy Zack is the Customer Experience Assistant at Aviasur, a Universal Aviation® Certified ground handler and is responsible for attending to crew and passengers operating to Santiago (SCEL). Tracy assists in preparing aircraft before departure, assisting passengers while they wait for their flight and helping with the CIQ process, when necessary. Prior to joining Aviasur FBO, Tracy worked as a flight coordinator at a major FBO in southern California, where she was responsible for six aircraft including scheduling, managing catering, setting up ground transport and managing hotel reservations. Tracy excels in anticipating client needs, attention to detail and communicating information on a timely basis. A graduate of Bowling Green University, with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Studies and specialty in Aviation Management/Operations, Tracy is fluent in both English and Spanish and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
