For the last 20 years she has worked extensively with aircraft operations, sales and marketing activities for both helicopters and business jets for very important customers in Turkey. In 2018 Universal established the Turkish branch and Tuba has been very influential from the very beginning. She has started by being the point of contact for customers and customer relations. In 2021 she has became the General Manager of Universal Turkey.
