The sale of Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc.’s Trip Support Services division to World Fuel Services is now complete.
About this Transaction
- The transaction includes Universal’s Trip Support Services, Universal digital products (including uvGO® and Feasibility-IQ®), and the Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. brand.
- The sale does not include the Universal Aviation® FBO network or Air Culinaire Worldwide®, which continue to operate as part of Evans Aviation Holdings.
- Universal Trip Support Services now operates under World Fuel Services, a World Kinect Company.
- Customers can continue to expect the same high level of service, expertise, and care they’ve always received.
