Senior Mission Specialist Randi Hudson is a member of Trip Support Services Echo Team and has been with Universal for over eight years. Randi assists crews with trip planning and operational support from start to finish, by working directly with ground handlers and other service providers. An effective multitasker with a strong customer service background, Randi excels in attention to detail and ensuring that trip services are arranged in a timely manner and without issues. Her goal is to put together the most successful and smooth flowing missions for her clients. Randi has particular expertise in African operations and has been the recipient of Customer Service Awards.
