Air Service Hawaii - Honolulu Manager Executive Client Concierge (ECC) Services Staci Rodriquez coordinates flight handling and all aspects of aircraft, passenger and crew services. Staci began her aviation career back in 1984 with a helicopter tour operator in Hawaii. A few years later she entered the FBO business, first with Century Aviation and Circle Rainbow Aviation before becoming a Manager at Air Service Hawaii - Honolulu. Today, Staci's expertise includes overseeing a full range of aviation support services – from managing a team of customer service representatives to coordination of emergency flight diversions to orchestrating Head of State visits to Hawaii. She's received numerous commendations and letters of appreciation from consulate generals and Fortune 500 companies and has been recognized by Professional Pilot magazine for Outstanding Customer Service.
