Richard Setchfield is a 13-year veteran of the Royal Air Force and served with the UK Ministry of Defence. Richard served at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. European Operations Centre (EOC) and Universal Aviation U.K. – London-Stansted for more than 14 years and at the time of his leaving held the position of Team Leader at the EOC.
