Michael McDaniel is a Trip Owner on Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. Foxtrot team in Houston. Michael has been in the aviation industry 16 years – covering both commercial and general aviation services – and has been with Universal for the past four years. His areas of expertise include helicopter operations, supporting Part 91 aircraft on experimental certificates and developing new accounts. Michael has achieved Stellar Customer Service awards and has received multiple customer compliment letters. He enjoys meeting his clients face-to-face, whenever the opportunity presents itself, in order to further enhance the level of customer service and develop the relationship between the operator and Universal. Michael, a member of AOPA, has a degree in Communications and Psychology from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.
