Mariana Tsymbalista holds the position of FBO Assistant at Aviasur, a Universal Aviation® Certified ground handler. She has worked in the aviation industry since 2011, and she enjoys both the challenges in providing support for general aviation and in helping make every customer experience exceptional. Having previously worked as both Passenger Service and Customer Service agents in Santiago, Chile, Mariana takes a goal-oriented teamwork approach to her job. She has enjoyed continuous positive client feedback over the years. Mariana attended National Aviation University in Ukraine, where she earned a diploma in Excellence in Education, and completed Risk Prevention Certificate training with Aerosan S.A. in Santiago. Mariana is fluent in English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian.
