Jessica McLane has been with Universal since 2007 and currently serves as an Associate Account Manager. She has facilitated more than 3,600 trip legs in that time, including many to Europe and Asia. Jessica is particularly adept at securing short-notice permits and hard-to-obtain slots. Jessica, who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Spanish, also enjoys being a part of the Universal team that volunteers with Impact a Hero, a nonprofit organization that provides emotional and financial support to wounded U.S. military veterans.
