Impacts all private and charter operators carrying passengers into the EU – pending November 2024 deadline to register
Starting in November 2024, it is recommended that ALL operators (Private AND Charter) planning to transport passengers into the European Union (EU) register with eu-LISA and submit passenger screening info through their portal to comply with the EU’s Entry/Exit System (EES) and European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) for traveler screening—which go into effect November 2024 and Spring 2025, respectively.
