This is a great access point for the Med. It’s open for business and leisure flights, including third-country nationals not on the EC Safe list.

France is acccessible to nationals of most Schengen area countries and countries on the EC Safe list. However, Nice and Toulon are accessible to third-country nationals not on the EC Safe list (including the U.S.).

Greece is acccessible to nationals of most Schengen area countries and countries on the EC Safe list. However, there are exceptions for business travel if you can demonstrate a legitimate reason to enter.

      Africa & Middle East COVID-19 Flight Restrictions Algeria July 29, 2020 ​​​General Restrictions: Land, air, and sea connections for passenger travel remain suspended until further notice. Flights are not authorized except in the event of repatriation of Algerian citizens, State Aircraft, Cargo flights, MEDEVAC flights, and technical stops where crew and passengers do not disembark.  All other flights require approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  14 day quarantine is required on arrival. Passenger Restrictions: Must remain on board during tech stops. Must wear face masks while in public.  Social distancing should be practiced as well.       Asia & Pacific Region COVID-19 Flight Restrictions Australia July 24, 2020 General Restrictions: The government will reduce international arrivals in Australia by half from July 10, following a surge in coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Victoria. Officials say the reduction will cut seat availability by 4,000 weekly so authorities can focus on contact tracing and managing COVID-19 within the country. Canberra will also encourage states to make inbound passengers pay for quarantine.​ Below passenger restrictions apply to Australian citizens, residents and immediate family. All other foreign nationals are still not allowed entry.
