Yesterday, we achieved an important milestone, as we officially closed the sale of our Contract Fuel Division, UVair, to World Fuel Services, and we now look ahead to the future.

I’m proud of our Team around the World, and proud that Universal has the most comprehensive, end-to-end mission management infrastructure in our industry.

We integrate more phases of the mission, and we support more global trip legs than anyone else; and that doesn’t change with the sale of UVair.

For our Trip Support customers, we’re more committed than ever to ensuring the success of your mission across every single touchpoint we manage, as we now accelerate our growth plans.

We’ll continue investing in the high-touch services you love, like our Trip Support Operations Centers in Houston, London, São Paulo, and Hong Kong; expanding Universal Aviation FBO’s and Ground Service locations and our global network; investing in Air Culinaire Catering and Universal Drivania Worldwide Chauffers, and prioritizing what our digital platforms will do for you tomorrow!

We’ve got big plans moving forward! As I said back when the sale was first announced –  Universal has just begun to scratch the surface of where we’re headed, and we look forward to having you along for what’s going to be an amazing journey!

You all have been great supporters, and many of you have been with us for many years. Thank you!
