    • If the result is not obtained in time, a certificate of completion of the RT-PCR Test must be presented to Air Tahiti FBO, along with a Negative Antigen Test Result performed on the day of boarding.

    • Unvaccinated and Immunized by previous COVID infection, need to quarantine in Tahiti for 10 days.​
    • The government will permit some travelers to self-quarantine; individuals must request self-quarantine more than 72 hours before departure. Quarantined travelers must undergo COVID-19 testing on day eight of confinement.

  • COVID-19 Pre-Testing for Arrival Required: Yes-negative COVID-19 Test result within 3 working days of travel date
  • Assuming No Symptoms, COVID-19 Testing Upon/After Arrival: Yes-Health officials continue intensified screenings for arriving passengers. Authorities are using thermal scanners at points of entry to monitor inbound passengers and will conduct a swab test for passengers who display respiratory symptoms or fever. All inbound travelers who had COVID-19 symptoms within the previous 14 days must undergo a PCR test upon arrival and a second such test 24 hours later. Officials require these travelers to stay at a government quarantine facility until both results are available and to see a physician before completing the remainder of the quarantine period. Travelers who have been in high risk areas are required to undergo 14 day quarantine and additional testing see July 2nd announcement in the General comments section below.

  • Assuming No Symptoms, Quarantine Required: Yes- Quarantine is required for length of stay, up to 14 days for US Crew and Pax. Shortened quarantine is not applicable to any international traveler as of 28 June 21 as Taiwan officials have tightened the requirement for all travelers. Mandatory 14 day quarantine is now required.
