Houston (June 5, 2009) – Houston-based Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., the recognized pioneer in trip support services for business aviation, recently named Kelvin Collard as the company's new Chief Financial Officer.

Collard has more than 25 years’ experience in senior financial leadership roles and a successful track record in international operations, mergers and acquisitions, and growth strategies. Prior to joining Universal®, Collard most recently served as CFO for The Brock Group, Inc.
