Houston (July 8, 2008) – Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., the recognized pioneer in trip support services for business aviation, recently named Bobby Butler as the company’s new Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.

A Houston native, Butler has 18 years of experience in international business and a broad knowledge of global compliance requirements and programs. Prior to joining Universal®, Butler served as Senior Compliance Adviser for ConocoPhillips and as Senior Compliance Manager for Baker Hughes.
