Schedulers and dispatchers need an understanding of elements that affect flight operations, as well as the techniques and resources they can employ to operate a successful trip. Universal® courses can help you identify and interpret critical issues to be considered when you work with corporate flights.
These courses, held in Houston, will provide you with up-to-date tools, resources, and techniques that help ensure accurate, efficient itinerary planning and logistical support arrangements. We trace the development of a trip from its initial request phase through the planning, operational, and post-flight phases.
In addition, you'll earn credits under the NBAA Schedulers Professional Development Program (SPDP) as you learn about the development, content, and use of checklists, as well as the importance of communication in scheduling and dispatching.

Ad hoc seminars
The course can be brought to your company or organization if you provide the venue and audio/visual needs. Fees for this seminar include a $1,000 per day charge for the instructor per attendee.
