So we called our Universal Aviation China location for assistance. Their staff worked closely with local authorities, and the authorities provided something usually unheard of: special clearance for the crew member to enter the country without a visa, in compliance with Chinese government requirements. Our client's customer made his business meeting in Beijing on time, and without any further hitches.
