For the past two years Todd has been part of Air Culinaire's 24/7 worldwide catering operations. The corporate mission is to redefine in-flight catering and Todd's focus is on dedication to quality, freshness and exceeding customer expectations. Among Todd's particular specialties is an culinary instructor and an expert on a wide range of smoked meats that he's been involved with over the years in various competitive barbeque events.
