Sonny Miller

As the Quality Assurance person for the Foxtrot team, Sonny Miller reviews trips for accuracy to ensure client needs are not only met but exceeded. He has expertise in forecasting potential trip planning issues, providing options to clients and supplying a high level of quality control to ensure that client trips are seamless. Over his five years with Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. Sonny has also developed broad experience in reviewing en-route charts and validating permit requirements. A very personable individual, Sonny enjoys dealing with client requests, is astute in understanding their particular needs and gets the job done. He also enjoys mentoring fellow Universal Team Members to become outstanding Trip Owners. Prior to joining Universal Weather and Aviation.
