As Chairman, CEO and founder of Pro-Active, JR brings over thirty years experience in flight operations management, training development and safety management. JR has accumulated over 22,000 hours of flying experience. Highlights of his career include an extensive background in business aviation, along with flight training development and safety management development and leadership. As manager of the safety department at a major airline, JR was instrumental in bringing to the industry a gamut of Aviation Safety programs. His most notable contribution involves an industry-leading Aviation Safety Awareness Program and Flight Operations Quality Assurance program. JR is a member of the NBAA Safety Committee and is an accredited IS-BAO and ACSF Safety Auditor.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree-Aviation Administration from Parks College of St. Louis University. He is a graduate of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering Aviation Safety Management Systems Course, the ICAO Safety Management Systems Course, and others.
