Air Culinaire Worldwide VP Flight Attendant Services John Detloff has developed many areas of expertise in both the culinary and aviation industry over the past 20 years. Today, his specialty is in training and developing corporate flight attendants in everything from cabin safety and new menu possibilities to all the extra details that help make the corporate flight experience outstanding. Over his 14 years in corporate aviation John has served as Director of In-flight Services for major U.S.-based flight departments. Prior to that, he held positions as General Manager and Executive Chef with various hotels and restaurants. John has a degree in Culinary Arts from the School of Culinary Arts and is a Certified Flight Attendant as well as a CPR/AED Instructor with the American Red Cross.
