Managing Director of Universal Aviation China Cynthia Zhang has responsibility for coordinating client operations throughout the country in addition to administration and finance oversight. Over her eight plus years with Universal, Cynthia has developed many areas of expertise within the region and is appreciated by clients for her consistency in thinking ahead and providing considerate customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude. With a Bachelor degree in accounting, and fluency in both English and Mandarin, Cynthia is ready to assist with any and all operator requirements within China.
