GUIDELINES FOR ALL ACFT ARRIVING PANC FROM A FOREIGN PORT:
1. CREW MUST NOT OPEN AIRCRAFT DOOR UNTIL CUSTOMS ARRIVES.
2. 2-ARMED INSPECTORS WILL MEET THE AIRCRAFT.
3. INBOUND CREW MUST CLEAR CUSTOMS BORDER PROTECTION BEFORE CO-MINGLING WITH OUTBOUND CREW.
4. INBOUND CREW, PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE WILL NEED TO GO INSIDE THE STERILE AREA FOR POSSIBLE EXTENSIVE EXAMINATION. PLAN ON AN OFF LOAD FOR EACH AIRCRAFT. THE INSPECTORS MEETING THE ACFT WILL VERIFY WHAT NEEDS TO BE
DONE.
5. ERA PERSONNEL ARE NOT TO TOUCH THE AIRCRAFT UNTIL INSTRUCTED BY THE INSPECTORS THAT MEET THE AIRCRAFT.

YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED ONLY IF ARRIVING WITHIN 6 DAYS AFTER LEAVING OR TRANSITING COUNTRIES WITH INFECTED AREAS.

VTBD INFORMATION

OPERATING HOURS: 24 hours

LANDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO THIS COUNTRY. SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF FLIGHT, ALONG WITH BUSINESS CONTACTS AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED FOR PERMIT TO BE ISSUED. FULL INFORMATION ON ALL CREW AND PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED FOR PERMIT.

PRIVATE AIRCRAFT MUST DEPART WITH SAME CREW AND PASSENGERS AS ARRIVAL. ANY DEVIATION OF THIS MUST MAKE SPECIAL REQUEST TO CAA.

SLOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL OPERATIONS AT THIS AIRPORT. SLOTS VALID + 10/- 10 MINS. ALL SLOT TIMES CONFIRMED ARE IN ZULU/UTC TIME.SLOTS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE LANDING PERMITS CAN BE REQUESTED.
