While flying through the India FIR boundary out over the Indian Ocean, which one of these routes requires an India overflight permit?

INDIA INFORMATION:

MAX LENGTH OF STAY FOR FOREIGN REGISTERED AIRCRAFT IS 15 DAYS.

ALL AIRCRAFT ENTERING INDIAN AIRSPACE WHERE MAX CERTIFIED SEATING CAPACITY IS MORE THAN 30 SEATS OR MAX PAYLOAD CAPACITY IS MORE THAN 3 TONNES “MUST” BE FITTED WITH ACAS II/TCAS II. PERMISSION WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF NOT.

ANY FLT TO A NON-MILITARY AIRPORT, DELAYED BEYOND 48 HRS OF APPROVED TIMINGS REQUIRES RECLEARANCE.

ANY FLT TO MILITARY AIRPORT, DELAYED MORE THAN +/-01 HR FROM APPROVED SCHEDULE REQUIRES MILITARY TO BE NOTIFIED.

CABOTAGE APPROVED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS.

FIRS FOR DOMESTIC LEGS ARE NOT REQUIRED.ROUTES FOR DOMESTIC LEGS TO/FROM CIVILIAN AIRPORTS ARE NOT REQUIRED. ROUTES FOR DOMESTIC LEGS TO/FROM MILITARY AIRPORTS ARE REQUIRED.

LEAD TIMES FOR NON-PRIOR REFERENCE COUNTRIES (PRCs):
03 WORKING DAYS REQUIRED FOR DESTINATION AIRPORT. 05 WORKING DAYS RECOMMENDED.
01 WORKING DAY REQUIRED FOR TECH/CREW REST STOP. 03 WORKING DAYS RECOMMENDED.
15 WORKING DAYS (MINIMUM) FOR MILITARY AIRPORT.

LEAD TIMES FOR PRCs:
ACFT OPERATING TO/FROM A PRIOR REFERENCE COUNTRY (PRC) DEFINED CURRENTLY AS PAKISTAN, CHINA (INCLUDING HONG KONG), N. KOREA, NIGERIA, SOMALIA, AFGHANISTAN, SUDAN, IRAN, & IRAQ, HAVE SPECIAL LEAD TIME REQUIREMENTS AS FOLLOWS:

07 WORKING DAYS REQUIRED FOR DESTINATION AIRPORT. 09 WORKING DAYS RECOMMENDED.
03 WORKING DAYS REQUIRED FOR TECH/CREW REST STOP. 05 WORKING DAYS RECOMMENDED.

AIRWAYS M300, P570, UL425 WEST OF INDIA CROSS INTO INDIA ADIZ & REQUIRE AN INDIA PERMIT. AIRWAY P762 EAST OF INDIA CROSSES OVER PORT BLAIR (INDIA TERRITORY) AND REQUIRES AN INDIA PERMIT. AIRWAY P574 EAST OF INDIA CROSSES OVER GREAT NICOBAR ISLAND/CAMPBELL BAY (INDIA TERRITORY) REQUIRES AN INDIA PERMIT. NOT REQUIRED OVER INDIA FIR OUTSIDE INDIA ADIZ (OVER WATER). AIRWAY L894 WEST OF INDIA DOES NOT REQUIRE AN INDIA OVERFLIGHT PERMIT.AIRWAY L645 EAST OF INDIA DOES NOT REQUIRE AN INDIA OVERFLIGHT PERMIT, EVEN THOUGH IT DOES GO OVER KATCHAL ISLAND.
