NOISE CERTIFICATE MUST BE ONBOARD IN ORDER TO CALCULATE LANDING FEES BASED UPON ANNEX 16 REQUIREMENTS FOR STAGE 1/2/3.

TO PICK UP PASSENGERS IN GERMANY. AIRCRAFT NEEDS OBLIGATORY AIR PASSENGER INSURANCE. ALSO, MUST HAVE “LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE” COVERING 3RD PARTY LIABILITY. MUST HAVE THIS TO OPERATE IN GERMANY WHETHER YOU PICK UP PASSENGERS OR NOT.

MOROCCO

OVERFLIGHT/LANDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED. FLIGHT PLAN FOR FLIGHTS ARRIVING AND/OR DEPARTING MOROCCO AIRPORTS MUST BE FILED WITH ATC VIA AFTN AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE).

PERMIT REQUIRES AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR NOTICE.

MOROCCO ADMINISTERS ALL CAA ACTIVITIES FOR WESTERN SAHARA. WESTERN SAHARA OVERFLIGHT PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FLIGHTS USING AIRWAYS UA600, A600, UB601, UG851, AND G851 OVER
WESTERN SAHARA LAND MASS. NOT REQUIRED OVER WATER.

MOROCCO OVERFLIGHTS ARE NOT REQUIRED IF NOT FLYING OVER LANDMASS.

PRIVATE FOREIGN A/C ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FLY BETWEEN AIRPORTS IN MOROCCO FOR PURPOSE OF TOURISM. THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH DOMESTIC FLIGHTS WITH PURPOSE OF BUSINESS.
