Beijing Information

SLOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES. CAAC IS IMPLEMENTING STRICT FLOW CONTROL FOR ZBAA. ONLY 15 MOVEMENTS FOR BUSINESS/PRIVATE A/C ARE ALLOWED BETWEEN 0800-2200 LT. DURING PEAK HOURS 0800-2200 LCL (0001-1400UTC TIME) ONLY ONE ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE SLOT WILL BE ISSUED PER ACFT PER DAY. AIRCRAFT CANNOT ARRIVE AND DEPART DURING PEAK HOURS ON THE SAME DAY. SLOTS VALID +/-30 MINS. ALL SLOT TIMES CONFIRMED ARE IN ZULU/UTC TIME.

A PPR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS LOCATION.

ALL LANDING PERMIT REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 5 WORK DAYS PRIOR TO THE FLIGHT. OVERFLY PERMIT REQUEST REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 WORK DAYS. LANDING PERMIT REQUESTS TO ZBAA NEED TO BE SUMITTED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE DUE TO SLOT REQUIREMENTS. LANDING PERMIT REQUESTS FOR COMMERCIAL CHARTER LARGE AIRCRAFT, WITH MORE THAN 20 PAX, MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY CHINA CAAC OR LOCAL AUTHORITIES NO MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE ON A FLIGHT CAN DEPART ON THAT FLIGHT (FEWER MAY LEAVE THAN ARRIVE, BUT NOT MORE).

Kathmandu Information

AIRPORT OPERATING HOURS: 0630-0030 LOCAL

NO SLOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS AIRPORT.

PPR IS REQUIRED FOR ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS INTO THIS AIRPORT. PPR MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

PRIVATE AND CHARTER OVERFLIGHT AND LANDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED AND A MINIMUM OF 4 WORKING DAYS IS REQUIRED. AIRSPACE IS ONLY OPEN FOR AIR TRAFFIC BETWEEN 0030Z – 1800Z EVERY DAY. IF THE FLIGHT LANDING AFTER 1615Z, PLS INDICATE THIS ON THE LANDING PERMIT REQUEST.

CERTIFICATE OF SIMULATOR TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL INSTRUMENT APPROACHES AND PROCEDURES INTO KATHMANDU/VNKT. ONLY THE PILOT IN COMMAND OF THE AIRCRAFT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE SIMULATOR TRAINING. ONCE THE CERTIFICATE IS OBTAINED, IT MAY BE VALID FOR FIVE TO TEN YEARS. COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO CIVIL AVIATION, ALONG WITH THE LANDING PERMIT REQUEST.

Agra Information

AIRPORT OPERATING HOURS:
SUNRISE-SUNSET WITH OVERTIME ON REQUEST

AIRPORT RESTRICTIONS:
SUNRISE-SUNSET TUE/THU/SAT/SUN NO GA TRAFFIC
SUNRISE-1359 LT MON/WED/FRI NO GA TRAFFIC
1701 LT-SUNSET MON/WED/FRI NO GA TRAFFIC

SLOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATING INTO AND OUT OF AGRA AIRPORT.

MINIMUM OF 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR NOTICE IS RQRD FOR PVT/CHARTER O/FLY REQUESTS, BUT 8 DAYS IS RECOMMENDED. MINIMUM OF 7 BUSINESS DAYS IS RQRD FOR PVT/CHARTER LANDING PERMITS, BUT 15 DAYS IS RECOMMENDED. A MILITARY PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL AIRCRAFT TRAVELING TO THIS AIRPORT. IT TAKES 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE REQUEST. BOTH NUMBERS WILL NEED TO BE LOADED IN THE PERMIT NUMBER FIELD SO THEY WILL BE VISABLE TO THE FLIGHT PLANNERS FOR ENTRY IN THE ITEM RMKS 18 FIELD IN THE ICAO FLT PLAN.

Nha Trang Information

AIRPORT OPERATING HOURS:

0700-1800 LOCAL

ALL LANDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE APPROVED BY THE AIR TRANSPORT DEPT/CAAV, INSTEAD OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS. PERMITS CAN BE OBTAINED FOR FLIGHTS TO BOTH INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC AIRPORTS. HOWEVER, PERMITS TO DOMESTIC AIRPORTS REQUIRE APPROX. 10 DAYS TO ACQUIRE AS WELL AS MORE DETAILED INFORMATION (FIRM ITINERARY, FULL PASSENGER INFORMATION, PURPOSE OF TRIP, INFORMATION ON REPRESENTATIVE IN VIETNAM). ALL AIRCRAFT, ENGAGED IN COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT OPERATIONS, ENTERING VIETNAMS AIRSPACE WHERE THE MAXIMUM CERTIFIED SEATING CAPACITY IS MORE THAN 30 SEATS OR THE MAXIMUM TAKE OFF WEIGHT IS GREATER THAN 15000 KG “MUST” BE FITTED WITH ACAS II OR TCAS II (VERSION 7.0). PERMISSION WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF NOT.

NHA TRANG IS A MILITARY AIRPORT AND IT IS CLOSED TO ALL CIVIL TRAFFIC.
