Here’s another chance to test your “AVsavvy”.

Suppose you have a request by your passenger to travel to China. He decides to travel to ZBAA but he doesn’t have any business planned there, just conduct a tourism flight. Below is the schedule and the information for Beijing:

Private Non-Revenue (Part 91) Registration: NXXXX
Aircraft Type: GLF5

BEIJING / ZBAA 26 JUL / 0705 UTC 26 JUL / 1505 LOCAL TIME
BEIJING / ZBAA 29 JUL / 0805 UTC 29 JUL / 1605 LOCAL TIME

BEIJING (ZBAA):

A. NORMAL PARKING AREA FOR A/C SMALLER THAN A GLEX IS THE SOUTHERN PARKING APRON AT THE CAPTIAL JET TERMINAL. AIRPORT FOLLOW-ME TRUCK WILL LEAD THE A/C TO THE PARKING POSITION. IF A/C STAY EXCEEDS 48 HRS THE AIRPORT MAY REQUIRE A/C TO STOP AT CAPITAL JET TERMINAL TO DROP-OFF PICK UP PASSENGERS, AND THEN REPOSITION FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING.

B. DUE TO AIRPORT PARKING APRON LIMITATIONS, PRIVATE A/C HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING REPOSITIONED. HANDLING AGENT MEETING FLIGHT ON ARRIVAL WILL INFORM CREW OF SITUATION.

C. ALL BUSINESS ACFT SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN TOW BAR ON BOARD.

D. IN ADDITION TO FUEL PRICE THERE IS A FEE FOR USAGE OF THE FUEL TRUCK.

E. EXPECT POSSIBLE DELAYS ON DEP DUE TO COMMERCIAL A/C HAVING PRIORITY.

F. NO HANGAR SPACE IS AVAILABLE. PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR FOREIGN REGISTERED AIRCRAFT.

G. ACCORDING TO CAAC REGULATION, CAPITAL AIRPORT/ZBAA CANNOT BE USED FOR TECH STOP OR CREW REST. CAAC MAY REQUIRE THAT ANOTHER LOCATION, SUCH AS ZBTJ/TIANJIN, IS USED AS A TECH STOP LOCATION INSTEAD OF ZBAA/BEIJING.

H. IF THE AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION CLASSIFICATION NUMBER IS BELOW A C3 (INCLUSIVE), YOU CANNOT OPERATE FOREIGN BUSINESS FLIGHTS TO THIS AIRPORT.

J. CHINA DOES NOT ALLOW TOURIST FLTS; MUST BE ARRANGED AS A BUSINESS FLIGHT. A SPONSOR LETTER WRITTEN IN CHINESE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL OPERATIONS INTO CHINA. SPONSOR CTC INFO IS SENT TO HANDLER. THE HANDLER WILL THEN CONTACT THE SPONSOR DIRECTLY FOR THE REQUIRED LETTER TO CAAC. WHEN THE LANDING PERMIT REQUEST AND SPONSOR LETTER HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO CIVIL AVIATION CHINA (CAAC), THE HANDLER WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CAAC ACCORDINGLY. THE SPONSORS ADDRESS MUST BE LOCATED IN ONE OF THE CITIES WHERE THE AIRCRAFT IS SCHEDULED TO OPERATE. AIRCRAFT MAY ALSO OPERATE TO OTHER CITIES WITHIN CHINA AS LONG AS THE SPONSOR IS ALSO LOCATED THERE.

Based on the above information, which option below is correct? Answer below and come back next Friday to see if you got the answer right!
