In last Friday’s AVsavvy question, we showed you a flight schedule and some airport information and asked you to find the error.

Answer 1. There are no restrictions from operating directly into KLAS.
Incorrect. A valid BOE along with meeting all its requirements is needed in order to conduct this flight.

Answer 2. You need to be a member of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and meet all the requirements in order to do this flight.
Incorrect. A valid BOE along with meeting all its requirements is needed in order to conduct this flight.

Answer 3. You need to have a valid Border Overflight Exemption (BOE) and meet all the requirements in order to do this flight.
Correct. A valid BOE along with meeting all its requirements is needed in order to conduct this flight.

Answer 4. This flight isn’t possible as its not permitted to operate directly to KLAS under any circumstances.
Incorrect. A valid BOE along with meeting all its requirements is needed in order to conduct this flight.
