In last Friday’s AVsavvy question, we showed you a flight schedule and some airport information and asked you to find the error.

Answer 1. Toluca (MMTO) or Merida (MMMD)
Incorrect. Per regulation, the designated airports of entry when arriving from South America, Central America or the Caribbean (including Bahamas and Bermuda) are MMTP and MMCZ.

Answer 2. Cozumel (MMCZ) or Tapachula (MMTP)
Correct. Per regulation, any aircraft arriving to Mexico from South America, Central America or the Caribbean (including Bahamas and Bermuda) must first stop at MMTP or MMCZ for customs clearance.

Answer 3. Oaxaca (MMOX) or Cancun (MMUN)
Incorrect. Per regulation, the designated airports of entry when arriving from South America, Central America or the Caribbean (including Bahamas and Bermuda) are MMTP and MMCZ.

Answer 4. Cancun (MMUN) or Veracruz (MMVR)
Incorrect. Per regulation, the designated airports of entry when arriving from South America, Central America or the Caribbean (including Bahamas and Bermuda) are MMTP and MMCZ.
