Houston (Dec. 7, 2010) – Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. has launched the second release of Universal® Mobile, allowing UVair® cardholders to access their online fuel management accounts through any web-enabled mobile device, including iPhone®, iPad™, BlackBerry®, or Android™.
Through Universal Mobile, UVair® cardholders can now:
Initially launched at NBAA 2010, Universal Mobile, is a value-added service that can be accessed by any Universal client with a Registered Users account by visiting www.universalweather.com. Universal Mobile automatically detects the type of mobile device a user is operating and optimizes the on-screen experience to best fit that device.
The first release of Universal Mobile provided users the ability to view and manage the details of their trips through Universal Trip Support Services on any mobile device via Universal's web-based UVtriplink Trip Status application.
