Their new flight attendant didn't have a crew visa, and they'd exhausted every usual and obvious avenue to expedite the long documentation process. So we called our Universal Aviation China location for assistance. Their staff worked closely with local authorities, and the authorities provided something usually unheard of: special clearance for the crew member to enter the country without a visa, in compliance with Chinese government requirements. Our client's customer made his business meeting in Beijing on time, and without any further hitches.
